CUSTOM PACKAGES:
Our digital packages are build in high traffic areas of the show. Our celebrity guests all utilize digital 55-70in displays that sit on the intersection of their booth. Guests view these screens for updates on panels, shows they’ve appeared in and information about their roles. While guests wait in line these displays are also used to show advertisements from our sponsors. Just looking to advertise at the show? Below we have digital advertising packages that can help bring put you in front of our audience.
These are just a few of the areas your sponsorship can be placed to reach the maximum amount of exposure! If your company provides services that fall in line with the sponsorship we are happy to review them and replace the monetary amount with trade!

Pimp Our Ride ($1000): Fan of the Mystery Machine? The Mach 5? The Delorean? Sponsor a famous TV or Movie car and you can have your logo displayed alongside the vehicle along with a “brought to you by” in the announcement, graphic and banner!
Bag Sponsor ($1000)*: Attendees can rack up A LOT of amazing autographs, artwork, and collectibles at conventions. Wouldn’t it be great if they had something to carry all of that in? Sponsor our bags and your company will be put in the hands of thousands of attendees. *sponsorship limited to availability of ride*
Lanyard sponsor ($800): Your logo will be featured on our custom-branded lanyards for attendees to use at the convention! Lanyards just aren’t used for holding badges at conventions – they have practical everyday uses as well. Here’s your chance to continue advertising with us even after the doors to the show floor have closed!
Badge Sponsor ($800): Your logo will be placed on the back of attendee badges for maximum exposure! We issue thousands of badges to attendees each show and this option gives you the opportunity to treat those badges as your own mini billboard!
Hand out Media ($800): Our shows see thousands of locals every year. Want them to see your business on full display? We will print and distribute up to 3000 flyers and make sure they are put in every hand walking through the door!
Volunteer Food Sponsor ($500)*: Conventions cannot happen without our amazing groups of volunteers that help staff them – and they’ve got to eat too, right? Choose this option and help feed our volunteers through the convention!
Gaming Sponsor ($500): Our gaming tournaments are a place where E-Sports fans gather each year to show off their skills! Sponsor the prizes given to these groups!
Guest Food Sponsor ($500)*: Have you ever wanted to feed a Power Ranger, Ninja Turtle, or even your favorite anime characters? Here’s your chance! By selecting this option you’ll sponsor food for our celebrity guests through the weekend!
Cosplay Contest Prize Sponsor ($500): Each year our events bring out some of the most talented cosplayers you’ll ever see! Show your support to this creative community by sponsoring the prizes for our Coplay Contests and giveaways!
Get Digital ($350): Your logo will be placed on our digital screens, which are scattered throughout the convention in high-traffic areas. These screens provide attendees with vital convention information and when they see that information, they’ll see your logo too!
Air Time ($300)*: Your 30-second commercial will be broadcast on our digital displays throughout the convention and across our social media platforms!
Volunteer Shirt Sponsor ($300): Help our awesome group of volunteers be seen! Your logo will be printed on our custom Volunteer shirts!
